I got an expensive new phone case before vacation and thought I would have to also spring for a new Grip. I was prepared to do so, but then found your a Google article describing how to remove the grip and replace the adhesive. Eureka! My existing grip was perfectly good, so I was able to save some money. Thank you!

The grip is wayyyyyyy better with the glue. I get that you don’t want to advertise pass through charging anymore so you had to make it easier without glue, but it makes it almost useless to me if there’s not adhesive

The adhesive for my car mount broke down within the first year. One quick message and a few follow up details and they shipped me replacement adhesive right away. Hate that the original adhesive did not last a full year, but love the easy, helpful customer service.

I've had the grip for a very long time so much that it doesn't spin as well anymore I have changed about 4 phones on the same grip 4 for a few years now I love it!!
