In short, everything works as intended BUT... Writing this to hopefully help someone with a similar issue.

I have a Samsung S23 Ultra and do not use a case.

The snap 4 luxe did not stick to the back of my phone. Anytime I would stick it to the snapcharge, desk mount, or even another magnetized surface, the magnets on the luxe 4 would stick to that surface and not my phone.

I had to get a non-silicone case (went with Spigen ultra thin case), and a new adhesive (sent for free after informing customer service of the issue) to rectify the issue. Now that I have the case and fresh adhesive the luxe 4, snapcharge, and mount are all working great with no issues.

Works perfectly with my iPhone 15 Plus. The grip is pretty comfortable to use, and is way sturdier than you’d think from a mostly plastic, super thin thing, but the biggest thing for me has been being able to just stick it to the fridge and other metal stuff when I’m not at my desk using the desk power kit.

Only issue is that as others have said, the phone seems to get hotter while charging that seems appropriate.

Back in December I ordered the new Snap 4 Luxe Desk Power Kit in midnight Blue. I had many issues with the grip falling off of the case. You sent me new adhesive and recommended changing to a different phone case. I have done this and even purchased new adhesive. I realize now that it is the adhesive is not strong enough when using the desktop stand or any magnetic stand for it just happened again while using a magnetic car charger. The issue is not only with mine, but also with my wife's pink grip I bought at the same time as i did the desk kit. I had the original version for many years and used it with the desktop holder without any issue. It's obvious that the adhesive cannot handle the weight of the phones while positioned on the angle the magnetic holders. I won't spend anymore money unless you can assure me that you have looked at the adhesive and made some changes to better this product.
