First, the customer service is beyond horrible - the representative refuses to answer my very direct question and either doesn't reply at all or replies with the same (unhelpful) stock response over and over again in a more and more curt manner. Without a doubt the worst consumer product customer service experience I've ever had. Super frustrating.
As far as product quality goes - the case looks nice looking but the grip attachment is really flimsy and hard to open / slide your fingers in when you pick up your phone. I wanted to like it, but it's much too cumbersome for something I pick up so many times a day.

After magbak my old go to changed to cheap crap and no longer worked as promised and fell apart after a week I couldn’t find a strong magnet case replacement and I was tired of my pinky hurting from holding my phone. This case and snap combo looks awesome and magnets are stronger than the original case I had and loved from another company. The metal covers and edges are top notch as well

I love this case, it’s high quality and premium. My only complaint is that the orchid color is much for grey / blue looking than the online image.
All in all, I plan to buy a different color from them since it’s so good.

When I went to apply a discount code to the case at checkout the site accidentally purchased when I clicked apply, so I contacted them and received a reply quite quickly (within an hour) asking for the discount code and when I sent the code I was refunded the discount, I haven’t even received the product yet but I know it will be a high quality case because it is coming from a high quality company.
I have been here since the grip 2, got the grip 3 when it came out, and I am now getting the snap 4 luxe with the case, expecting good things to come.
