Loved ohsnap for a few years now, car mount was great when I first got it. Accidentally dropped my phone near the car mount and it cracked very easily. And after some months it’s not supporting my phone anymore. Any bump I hit and my phone tilts down. Constantly having to tilt my phone back up. Still love this company and will continue to be a customer. Actually just bought the car mount kit for my girlfriend’s car 🤣.

Credit where credit is due: the presentation, packaging, marketing, material, functionality, it's all great and well worth the price. In my purchase, I got the Car Kit as well as a stand. I've been super happy with my purchase except for one thing.
The advertisements on this company claim to not favor Apple. This is not the case. They clearly favor Apple. I'm very disappointed to find that I can't buy a case for my phone and I feel deceived by the advertisements.

You sent a car mount replacement, which was not necessary. There is nothing wrong with the mount. The issue is the adhesive. I put the replacement mount in my car and it lasted a grand total of 10 minutes before the adhesive just let go. I don’t understand the issue. I had one mount stay on for over a year. Ever since I can’t seem to get the adhesive to hold longer than a day. So, I can’t even get through the 24 hour waiting period before I add my phone.
If you had the current mount version that attaches to the vent mount, I would totally buy that one.

The concept of this car mount is excellent; however, I have a heavy phone and I needed to use an extra tape of glue to keep my phone from falling off the mount.

This is the 2nd snap grip I’ve purchased. This time I added the car kit. I love it! The snap grip is thin enough to still use my wireless charger and the magnet is strong enough to hang my phone in the fridge while I work in the kitchen. The added car grip keeps me hands free without worrying about my phone flying around the car. Great product! I tell everyone that asks about it.
