I like it. Comfortable easy to use and assemble. 2 things I’d improve is having more fun colors and pattern options, and if there was a way to lower the the holder closer to the bottom of the phone it would love it! I have a smaller hand and while holding my phone I’m not able to swipe up using my thumb without readjusting or using my other hand.

As I told the customer service rep. 1/4 of the case is uncovered, and in my instance of far different color than the green case I ordered. It looks terrible and does not provide the level of protection that I received with other cases I have ordered. Simply put, while I ordered the exact same case for my promax two years ago, this case fails with my promax 17. I was also deeply disappointed by Customer Service who merely sent me an email that this is what the case is and left me to my own devices which respect to returning it for a refund. I have now put a stamp on the charge until I can get explicit instructions from the seller on how they want me to return this case. I have gone from an enthusiastic supporter to a buyer beware.

I have wanted this product since I first saw advertised a year ago. Finally decided to bite the bullet and treat myself for the holidays. The product is great. My only disappointment is that something must’ve gone wrong in the order because I thought I ordered a rose colored case and I got a black one with rose colored accessories.
