I am coming from the Pop socket magsafe wallet with the pop socket and it gave me hand/wrist issues so I needed a change and was just waiting for this release. So Im stoked!

Pros:

-The fact that its flush is incredible. Less of a weird shaped protrusion in my pocket.

-The design is muccchhh sleeker.

-The thumb slide hole on the back of it is something that I DID miss with the popsocket wallet so I am happy to have it with this.

Cons:

-It's a bit heavier than the popsocket wallet

-I do find myself fiddling with the grip when I am trying to get it out. Probably more of a oh snap critique than this specific wallet critique, but good to note. I hear it might wear in and be easier over time.

-I really really miss being able to push the cards out from the bottom like if I dont want to take the wallet off of the phone. I feel like that is a big miss. Especially because its just a stack of cards generally in no specific order. It helps to push ALL cards out at once to find the card you want quickly. Right now you have to basically push one card out at a time and can only do it when the wallet is detached.

-The magnet strength from wallet to phone is a bit too weak. Slides around sometimes maybe they did that because the only way to get the cards out is taking it off. In any case it doesnt need to be that weak, I could remove it just fine with the popsocket wallet and that magnet was definitely strong enough.

-As other reviewers stated it would be magic if the charge could pass…

Love it! Everything is pretty solid so far. The reason for the 4 star is that I wish it stuck more securely to the back of my phone. The pop socket wallet does this a bit better. Perhaps it is because the pop socket wallet has grippy material on it. Also, the con to being so thin, which is awesome, is that it’s a little more difficult to just pop the handle out. A pop socket is way easier to open with just one hand and then grip. Maybe I just need to get used to Ohsnap’s handle, though. I got this to replace my pop socket wallet because I love having magnets in my wallet so that I can stick my phone to gym equipment and other metal things.

I just got my wallet and over all I like it but there are 2 things I would love to see changed. First, the vertical MagSafe magnet needs to be stronger so the wallet doesn’t wiggle left and right as much. I bought this to replace a pop wallet and the pop wallet felt more secure MagSafe-wise. It didn’t wiggle. Second, the outer magnet needs more strength because it’s not strong enough to hold my phone on my fridge. I’ve got a iPhone 16 pro max so yes it’s a big phone, but the 4 lux grip that I also got with the car mount bundle holds with no issues so maybe just use the same magnets? Is it not the same thing? Maybe we are being a bit cautious with magnets around cards? I don’t know the limits but I would love if those 2 magnets were stronger. That would get you the 5/5 you deserve.

I’ve been a long time user of the oh snap grip. This is a welcome change, it’s nice having a wallet that finally expands, and it is MagSafe. I have noticed that the magnetic strength on a bear phone isn’t as strong as I would’ve expected. I don’t like using cases so I feel slightly inclined to buy a case of the magnets a little bit stronger. Overall, it’s great. I love the same functionality as the grip. It does get a little bulky with five or more cards but that’s to be expected.

If the back magnet was a little bit stronger and they can somehow figure out a way to do pass through charging I would say this would be a five out of five stars. I know it might be impossible to do the second one, but maybe slightly stronger magnets and this would be five stars for me
