Free Shipping $79+ | 1 Year Extended Warranty
Every Ohsnap product is covered by our one year extended warranty. If yours arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect, submit a claim and send it back — we'll cover the shipping. Once we confirm the defect, you'll get a repair, replacement, or store credit within 30 days.
How do gift cards work?
Buy one, we email the code to whoever you pick, they drop it in at checkout. Digital, so nothing to lose or forget in a drawer.
Do they expire or have rules?
Never expire, and they stack with sales and promo codes. Leftover balance stays on the code; if your order runs over, just cover the rest at checkout.
Can I get a refund?
Gift cards aren't refundable — but since they never expire, you're not stuck, just patient.
