    A pretty good product

The magnets are quite strong but don't seem to interfere with anything else electronic (I have used the magnets to attach to the top of my old PC case while I was watching repair videos, as well as microwaves and fridges so your mileage may vary).

The stand works pretty well, but it doesn't always want to be put flat again afterwards leaving me fighting it for a few seconds after using the stand. I it also feels pretty cheap and flimsy but has held up pretty well to the abuse of daily ware. It would be great if they included a QR code linking to suggested placements for various models of phone that had wireless charging but not internal magnets. I recall the video showing that you could put a finger between the plastic bits in the middle as an option to hold it, as opposed to putting the plastic between your fingers and that is a bit more comfortable in my experience. For the price I would expect the material to be a bit more scratch resistant and the closure to be more consistent but it is a pretty good product overall so far.

TLDR: Sturdier than it feels in the hand, and strong magnets. If it actually closed without me having to fight it most times I use the stand I would give it a five star rating

    As expected

Video tutorial wasn’t the best. Screwed up one sticker before I figured it out. Thanks goodness they send you a two pack.

new phone, newly remounted oh snap gtip

Finally replaced my phone: new size, new basic case, and needed to remount my fave phone grip. I prefer the original OhSnap1.0 grip. I got it with the initial Kickstarter campaign and still use it with great delight.

I did try the newer 3.0 gen model, but found it was very "pinchy" on my finger and annoying to my sensibilities. Quite disappointed really.

Happily back to the first one. It remounted to the new case, which is not as smooth a surface as I would have liked, but available at a much more reasonable price at the time. I was concerned that the adhesive would fail with the faintly grooved surface mounting, but being patient for a couple of days was worth it, before attempting to pull it off of both my table stand mount and my card mount magna plates... it's been fab.

    Yay.

    Adhesive

I would like to give 5 stars but it will not stick to my case. My case is not silicone or a soft rubber (Latercase). I have tried several times and end up using super glue to get it to stay on. Other cases, it works fine.
