I don’t write reviews because let’s face it who has time these days. But when you have a product and customer service that blow you away, you make the time! I had the original snap 3 Oh Snap. It did its job for a while and it did end up breaking. I emailed customer service with my issue. Not only did they respond promptly the shipped out a replacement that was the new and improved version, the snap 4. They put one effort and thought into revamping this product. It’s more comfortable than ever it’s sturdier and has more features, like the one had open that I just love! The kickstand portion is amazing being gable to stand multiple ways! I appreciate their thoughts and efforts for improvement it truly paid off. One down fall and that’s only cause I’m boujee is it’s not a full rose gold color the inside is black lol

Easily the best grip I’ve tried, and I tried a bunch before discovering OhSnap. I’ve also been using OhSnap grips for years and each generation is a huge improvement over its predecessor. The Snap 4 is better than the Snap 3 in just about every way. The way it magnetically stays closed when not in use rather than snapping down is probably the biggest upgrade. My phone also wirelessly charges better and more consistently through the Snap 4 than the 3. The only minor issue is that when wireless charging, especially on a MagSafe charger or Snapcharge, the grip does get pretty warm. It’s not enough to burn your hand but it can be a bit uncomfortable until the metal ring cools down. Overall, it’s an amazing grip and I highly recommend it:

I’ve tried so many other grips/kickstands, and this one is truly the best. I’m rarely enthusiastic about phone grips, but I love this one. I’d held off getting it in favor of a cheaper one from Amazon, and I regretted doing the Amazon purchase: I missed getting the luxe4 in lavender (hey OhSnap- have one hiding somewhere?) because I waited. I love the titanium, but wish I had bought at least 1 more because I switch between 2 cases frequently. 1000% would buy again. I’ve recently been using the magnet to attach to gym equipment and that’s been great. Love, love, love the MagSafe pass thru charging! Love the thinness- never snags on pockets. Get it, you won’t regret it!
