For some reason, the adhesive on my Luxe 4 didn't hold up (and the phone didn't stay where I'd put it), but all it took was giving the folks at OhSnap my purchase info (less than a year after purchase), and the replacement adhesive was on its way.

So far so good on the second round!

You did great. We are on vacation in the Galapagos islands ( in Quito Ecuador now! ). The new adhesive kit is strong and secure! Don't want to lose it while on the zodiac..

Worked like a charm. I was afraid I wasn’t going to be able to use to use my oh snap on my new case, but the replacements worked great.
