I purchased the Snap Grip Replacement Adhesive because my Grip kept coming off. I live in Florida and the heat is ridiculous. I’ve also purchased 2 car kits. I love them. One for each car. I get compliments all the time about how easy it is to use and how good my phone stays in place. Friends also comment on how thin it is. Not one of those other thick grips. I had an issue with one of my grips and customer service was very responsive and fixed the issue. I couldn’t be more happy with their products as well as their customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Given that my gen 3 and gen 4 both had their first adhesives fail, I think it’s a good thing that they are seeing more economy in including one replacement with each grip instead of sending them out in an after support request.
