    Great service with Snap Car Mount

    I removed my Snap Car Mount from one vehicle per the instructions, and tried to mount it on a new car, but the glue wouldn’t reactivate.

    I contacted OhSnap who addressed my issue within 2 days. After sending them a photo, they notified me that they would be sending out a new unit as well as a

    Replacement adhesive.

    It took about a week to receive the replacement.

    I’m very pleased with the ease of this transaction. I was concerned that there was no call in number, only by email, but they reacted quickly.

    Better than expected.

    All metal, beautifully designed, tiny footprint so it fit where others wouldn’t, super stick power (I followed the instructions) I almost want to buy another in case these get discontinued. & it was packaged in a cool magnetic box that’s totally worth keeping & using for something else.

    Three thumbs up, for sure.

    Loved it in the beginning

    Loved ohsnap for a few years now, car mount was great when I first got it. Accidentally dropped my phone near the car mount and it cracked very easily. And after some months it’s not supporting my phone anymore. Any bump I hit and my phone tilts down. Constantly having to tilt my phone back up. Still love this company and will continue to be a customer. Actually just bought the car mount kit for my girlfriend’s car 🤣.
