I love this phone attachment. I’ve got smaller hands so having the extra assist is MUCH needed (no I don’t have the iPhone+) My first one recently broke after only a couple months & I tried going back to other grips but none matched up. I actually ended up reaching out to warranty and explained the situation and they were extremely helpful; also very kind to send me a new one at no charge. This grip is SO slim and adds basically nothing to the weight/thickness/feel of my phone. The grip takes a few days to get used to then it’s muscle memory. Will be trying their new one next!

It’s a great concept. I even have the connector that charges my phone. The charging has never actually “charged” my phone, but it will make it stay at that 10% longer than it would have if not on there, so there’s that.

My phone falls off the mount almost every day while driving. I thought this was normal, maybe it’s my phone case, maybe that’s just how these work, who knows. And then I drove another car with a regular amazon bought magnet and that thing didn’t let my phone move whatsoever. It was amazing. Like, “oh this is what a magnet is supposed to feel like”.

I did send in message letting them know of this and they said bc it has been outside a year they can’t do anything. It’s unfortunate the brand promises such strength with the magnetism but it’s just not it.
