First time purchasing products from ohsnap! (just started using MagSafe retrofit for my android)...and I got to say I am extremely impressed. I have purchased many products over the years claiming to be strong magnets that would hold up to clinging to objects in both the home and the car, and needless to say I have always been disappointed... until now!! Both of the oh snap products I purchased including the car kit and the direct phone magnet are incredible! The name says it all both products immediately 'snap' right onto each other. I have also snapped the phone directly onto other metal objects, furniture and phone stands, and the hold is incredible. I am now an ohsnap! customer for life, and plan to purchase more products including the Qi charger once the pink/green colors are back in stock. Thank you ohsnap!

I removed my Snap Car Mount from one vehicle per the instructions, and tried to mount it on a new car, but the glue wouldn’t reactivate.

I contacted OhSnap who addressed my issue within 2 days. After sending them a photo, they notified me that they would be sending out a new unit as well as a

Replacement adhesive.

It took about a week to receive the replacement.

I’m very pleased with the ease of this transaction. I was concerned that there was no call in number, only by email, but they reacted quickly.
