    Customer service was amazing!

    I emailed customer service for help with a problem I was having. The problem was totally my fault but Rhaine from customer service sent me a new snap grip and took care of my problem!

    This is a far cry from my 1st gen OhSnap product, this Snap Grip 4 is refined and works as promised. Simple and effective, easy to use and tough magnetic MagSafe attachment!

    Love it!

    I've been a popsocket-er in the past but honestly, this is so much better. This is so thin and sleek, and the magnet is STRONG y'all. Docks in my car on my magsafe dock with zero issues. My husband even loves his. He uses a magnetic wallet and was able to attach this to his phone, and keep the magnetic wallet too. It does take a little getting used to, a learning curve if you will, but really, it's amazing. 10/10!
