MCON began when Josh King, frustrated with the stagnation of mobile gaming and missing the freedom of handhelds like the DS and Game Boy, set out to design a pocketable MagSafe controller that didn’t exist. After 3D-printing a prototype and gaining overwhelming support on YouTube, he left college, formed a company, and began developing it until rising costs stalled progress. Josh then reached out to Ohsnap, and we reignited the project, refining the design into a sleek, functional controller that transformed a dorm-room idea into a polished gaming device.

    My PSP Go ❤️

    I've been waiting for this device for a long time. I’ve been a video game lover since I was a kid and always wanted a PSP Go, but at the time, I never had the chance to get one due to money constraints. However, now as an adult, thanks to the MCON, I can finally get the feeling of playing on a PSP Go because I use the controller with my Samsung Galaxy S25—and it fits perfectly. I love this controller; you can really see the engineering that went into building it. Thank you, ohsnap!

    Everything I love in a portable controller. I mostly play emulators but this thing could easily pull off FPS like COD mobile. My wife fell in love with it and ended up buying her own

    THE Mobile Controller

    This is quite literally the best mobile gaming solution I have ever found. There are pros and there are cons but, for a device you mainly want to use on the go while still getting that full controller feel while gaming, this is it. The build quality is 4.5/5, only because it could use a little more metal in the build BUT it would be a lot heavier to do. In my opinion it was a trade off and honestly I prefer it being a bit more light.

    The Bluetooth connects as fast as some damn airpods literally and the controller input is buttery. I have done long play sessions with the grips out and not with the grips out and for someone with medium-small sized hands, either grip was comfortable for me.

    I work for a company that may end up getting them in stores and any time a client has seen this controller or a coworker, the first question is "do you guys sell this and if not where the heck can I get one?!"

    Super good job on this guys, I've been being OhSnap grips for years and this was something I was not expecting from this company.

    The best mobile controller I've used so far!

    For the longestest time I've been searching for the perfect mobile controller. Most ontrollers can't fit in your pocket and arent very portable. This one fits like there's an external mag safe battery. I love the sliding mechanism and all the other features. I have two suggestions. The mage safe mount can be taken off to put the phone vertically. It's a little difficult to take off and not that seamless for when you want to switch to ds games. The other is the shoulder buttons are really small so it makes shooters a little tricky to play sometimes. Other than that I love this controller and can't recommend it enough.
