Position Overview:

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for optimizing the flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers. This role involves analyzing data, predicting trends, and making decisions that affect the company's supply chain operations. They will oversee and set the strategic direction for the company's end-to-end supply chain operations. This leader will ensure alignment with the organization's overall strategy and will be responsible for optimizing the flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers at a strategic level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set the strategic direction for the entire supply chain function, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage supply chain teams across various functions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to forecast long-term demand and ensure product availability.
• Monitor and manage supplier performance at a macro level, fostering strategic relationships.
• Oversee risk management for the supply chain, ensuring robust strategies are in place.
• Drive the implementation of new or improved supply chain processes at an organizational level.
• Lead negotiations for major contracts and agreements.
• Develop and manage budgets for supply chain operations.
• Report to executive leadership on supply chain performance, metrics, and strategic direction.
• Ensure the company remains compliant with all international and domestic regulations and standards.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed to foster supplier relationships and understand global supply chain dynamics, although travel would be minimal.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Required experience in retail store supply chain.
• Preferred experience in e-commerce supply chain.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic supply chain initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
• Proficient in advanced supply chain software and analytical tools.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in both domestic and international supply chain operations.
• Proven managerial experience with the ability to lead large teams and multi-departmental functions.

Preferred Skills:

• APICS CPIM, CSCP, or other relevant certifications.
• Experience in transforming and modernizing supply chain functions.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and strategic decision-making.
