    Hit or Miss Performance

    I feel like sometimes it works great and charges my phone fast and efficiently. Other times the battery pack heats up quite a bit and then the charging is very slow. I end up having to take the pack off to let both that and my phone cool down. There’s been times it’s stopped charging my phone because of how hot it’s gotten.
