Charger Compatibility: We can only guarantee wireless charge-thru when you use Snap Charge Qi2. Otherwise, will need to remove your grip to charge.

MagSafe cases: Snap Grip will simply magnetize and work with your case! We highly recommend using a MagSafe case for the most compatibility.

Non-MagSafe cases: You will need to use our adhesive adaptor here. If your case is flat, it should stick just fine, though it may have issues sticking if your case has a lot of texture.

Post office made a mistake
You guys were stellar in stepping up when my original order did not arrive. I got the new unit you sent, and several days later I got a knock on the door. Someone said the post office let my package with them. If you prefer I return one, no problem. If you want to bump my original order to the two pack, I will give the spare unit to a friend since I found such value in your product! If you need a rating to your service or your product, I am glad to mark both as 10 stars out of 5! I will grab more of your products as I see a need cause they are amazing! Thank you and let me know how you prefer to deal with the second unit.
