YOU PROBABLY DON'T NEED THIS.
You only need this kit if you have one of the problems below. If you don't have one, throw this kit in the miscellaneous drawer - just in case.
WHAT'S THE PROBLEM?
🛠️ DAMAGED/OLD ADHESIVE?
OPTION 1: GIVE IT A GOOD WASH
It's reusable!
Run Snap 4's adhesive under lukewarm running water gently wiping the adhesive with your finger.
Let air dry.
Reapply to your phone or case.
OPTION 2: USE REPLACEMENT ADHESIVE
In the event that you damage your adhesive and you need to replace it, follow the tutorial video below (pending) which details how to reapply your replacement adhesive.
HOW TO REMOVE SNAP 4:
GENTLY & SLOWLY, it could take about 10-15 seconds of slow continual pressure applied to the edge of the metal ring to remove the grip.
DO NOT use a credit card, use a prying tool like a SPOON to help assist you here - remember DON'T RUSH IT.
✒️ S-PEN ISSUES?
USE THE STEEL RING
If you find that Snap 4 causes any issues with S-Pen, you can install a steel ring to the back of your Samsung S21-24 Ultra and then install the grip on top of it. This blocks magnetic interference.
HOW TO USE:
Locate the position of your wireless charging coil. Proper placement is critical! Reference this document here.
Clean phone/case with isopropyl alcohol, if you don't have access, a damp cloth will suffice. Apply the steel ring to the proper location.
Install Snap 4 in the direct center of the steel ring
🩹 DOESN'T STICK?
USE THE VINYL STICKER
If you are using a non-magnetic phone or case, you may have some issues with Snap 4 sticking to your phone. If this is the case, follow the steps below.
HOW TO USE:
Locate the position of your wireless charging coil. Proper placement is critical!
