HOW TO USE

DOCK

PLUG IN

Plug in an HDMI 2.1 cable and a USB-C cable into the bottom of your Dock. Use our cables (linked above) for guaranteed compatibility, higher framerates, and better charging speeds.

PLUG AGAIN

Plug the USB-C cable into a 35W power adapter and plug the HDMI 2.1 cable into your display. (Max 100W power adapter)

MOUNT

Connect your phone to the front USB-C connector of the dock. Your smartphone will begin charging. The dock LED indicator will illuminate once and then turn off after the smartphone is connected.

CAST

Turn on your phone, your phone screen should automatically cast to the external display, your screen must remain on for casting to stay active. The LED remains on only when an active HDMI signal is detected.

2.4GHz MODE

WHAT IS IT?

Dock uses a 2.4GHz connection to link your phone and MCON. This is faster and more reliable than standard Bluetooth.

Faster Performance: You get less lag and better control over your gameplay.

Better Connection: The signal is stronger and more stable.

Plug-and-Play: Since it bypasses Bluetooth, you can switch devices instantly without having to "pair" them every time.

TLDR: It’s a faster, "no-hassle" wireless connection that makes your controller more responsive.

ACTIVATE

To activate, press and hold PAIR + DPAD DOWN for 5 secs until the bottom LED on your controller starts flashing. Your controller will automatically connect to any Dock that is powered on and nearby. Once MCON is paired, you can switch phones out without needing to re-pair the controller with bluetooth.

ADDITIONAL INFO

  • The 2.4GHz will automatically connect to the controller when the receiver is plugged in and the controller is set to 2.4GHz mode.
  • The connection is 1 controller per receiver.
  • The receiver connects to the first controller it sees (in case there are multiple controllers), or vice versa if there are multiple receivers. If you are connecting to a receiver you don't want to be, then unplug it.

SWITCH INPUT MODES

To switch between XInput, Switch, and DS4 modes while using 2.4GHz, hold VIEW + MENU for 5 seconds.
