I originally got my snapwallet through the Kickstarter, and was very satisfied. The only issue I had/have was that the band module doesn't work as well as I would like as an alternate phone handle when I use it. I put my snap 3 grip on my cover module, and that works really well. What would be ideal, and maybe something to look into for a future module or an update to the band module, would be if there was a way to stack a cover plate over the band module. Then you can put a grip on the cover plate and easily hold your phone at various angles without losing feeling in your fingers. It would also add a level of security for the cash in the band, and it would still be easy to take off the cover plate to get at the cash. I don't know if that's actually feasible, but it might be something the designers can noodle over.
Then the lever snapped off at the base. After the initial panicked how-do-i-get-my-cards/Id-out-now fumbling, I went to the ohsnap site to see how screwed I was. I meant to ask if the current snapwallet still attaches to phones, and figured the KS was so long ago I'd have to buy a new one. I filled out the replacement form without much hope, but to my shock they replaced it right away! I just got the new one today, and it's such a relief to return to having my wallet attached to my phone. Thank you all so much!
